We pay attention not only to our coffee, but to the people who share it with us. Because when people are priority, other things fall into place.
The beans are relationally sourced from farms run by real families. They buy direct trade and roast small batch. We work with two main artisan roasters we’re honored to call friends – Porch Culture from Tyler and Oak Cliff from Dallas. We also feature other top roasters from around the US.
We respect the seed-to-cup process, from the seedling planted in a nursery to the coffee we brew every day. While we consciously pursue excellence in our daily mission, we value improvisational thinkers and savor the creativity and connection born across the counter each day, when good coffee meets authentic community.
